The Restore Your Core meets Hypopressives workshop is a one-of-a-kind, in-person, hands-on experience with 2 experts in the field of core and pelvic floor dysfunction.
This weekend is jam packed with an incredible amount of tools. You will learn tried and true ways to heal your core and pelvic floor, areas of compensation in your body, how to engage your core appropriately and what you can do to achieve a more functional pelvic floor. All through the healing modalities of RYC™ and Hypopressives.
This workshop is perfect for those with core weakness, diastasis recti, pelvic floor issues, urine leaking, prolapse or any other core related issue.
In this workshop you will learn:
- A thorough breakdown of common core exercises + common cheats
- How to assess your spine, breath, pelvic floor and core
- The art of breathing + tools and strategies for re-patterning breath
- Learn the basic concepts behind Hypopressives – Low Pressure Training
- To perform all 10 Level 1 Hypopressive poses
About Trista Zinn:
Trista has been in the fitness industry for over 25 year. She is the founder of Coreset Fitness, and a personal trainer who specializes in pelvic health and core re-programming. Trista is Canada’s highest qualified and most experienced Trainer in HYPOPRESSIVE® – Low Pressure Fitness.
About Lauren Ohayon:
Lauren is the founder of the well known programs Restore Your Core and One Strong Mama. She is a longtime movement teacher for over 17 years and specliazes in core and pelvic floor dysfunction.
