Back pain can have its sources in multiple places and a clear diagnosis on the pain is often hard to come by. Even when you have a diagnosis, healing your pain can be a winding road that seems to lead nowhere. Exercise has been shown to have remarkable results with back pain. I have found with my own clients that mindful movement is really helpful with back pain. Movements to incorporate with back pain would be ones that offer spinal stability, leg length, leg strength and hip focus. This class is all of that plus there is a great focus on balance. Enjoy!
